- Founded in 2018 and already built a team of 25 people, with the aim to hire 5 more for a September start
- Working within the Financial services, specializing with Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Investment Management
- Top biller bringing in over £1.2 million
- One-on-one training from the Managing Directors
- Global presence in both the US and UK markets
The Best Bits: Executive Search Consultant
- Base salary of £35k that rises to £40k after 6 months
- OTE £45k Year 1
- Holiday incentives 2x a year – this year is Marbella and Dubai!!
- Hands-on, personal training from the Managing Directors and Top Billers
- 28 days paid holiday + birthdays + bank holidays
- Huge fee sizes averaging at £300k
- Once 3 years in, they will help pay off your mortgage

- Work from home 1 day a week once you’re up and running

The Job Role: Executive Search Consultant
- Talent mapping – Research and analyze the market to find the best candidates at C-suite level
- Consult – Advise clients on hiring plans and insights into their competitors
- Headhunt – cold call and persuade potential candidates
- Organise – Set up interviews and prep your candidates
- Secure an offer and seal the deal!

The Perfect Profile for the Job: Executive Search Consultant
- Intelligent – 2:1 or above from a top university, and minimum ABB at A Level
- Financially driven – a good back story to why they want and need to earn good money
