About Noble Futures

Noble Futures is a leading, fully exclusive executive search firm specialising in the Animal Health, Agricultural, Pet, and Equine industries. We partner with some of the most innovative and prestigious organisations globally, connecting them with world-class leadership talent.

We operate on a 100% exclusive, retained basis, meaning our consultants are focused purely on quality, deep-market networking, and delivering exceptional results rather than racing against contingent competitors. As a fully remote business, we champion flexibility, autonomy, and a culture built on trust and high performance.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Consultant to join our team, specifically to spearhead and execute high-level search mandates within the United States market.

Operating remotely from here in the UK, you will leverage your expertise in US business culture and recruitment landscapes to build networks, manage C-suite relationships, and deliver top-tier talent to our American clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Exclusive Projects: Manage full-cycle retained executive searches for clients across the US Animal Health, Agriculture, Pet, and Equine sectors.
  • Market Mapping & Sourcing: Identify, approach, and engage passive, high-level candidates across different US time zones.
  • Client Advising: Act as a strategic partner to US-based clients, providing insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Business Development: Nurture existing client relationships and strategically expand our footprint across the US market within our core industries.
  • Process Management: Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, manage international interview processes, and negotiate complex executive compensation packages.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
