If you’ve got some recruitment experience and want to step up into the elite tier, this consultancy are genuinely different, operating in exotic, cutting-edge technology markets and working extremely closely with their clients to meet their talent needs.
You’ll join a specialist executive search team working across some of the most advanced areas of technology - where AI, robotics, sensing, communications, advanced engineering, and space technologies increasingly overlap.
Rather than recruiting into one narrow vertical, you’ll work across a broad deep-tech ecosystem where the clients are often building products that simply didn’t exist a few years ago.
The Market
The team operates across highly specialist technology areas including:
- Electronic Warfare
- RF and advanced communications
- Advanced Propulsion
- Autonomous Systems
- Counter-UAS technologies
- Advanced sensing and tracking
- AI and robotics
- Space and satellite technologies
- Semiconductors
- Cybersecurity
- Advanced manufacturing
The interesting part is how interconnected these markets are. A company developing autonomous systems may also need expertise in AI, sensing, RF, semiconductors, and edge computing. A space business might be building communications infrastructure, propulsion technology, or advanced navigation systems. An advanced manufacturing company may be scaling teams around robotics, electronics, and intelligent automation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
