Are you an experienced Delivery Consultant or Executive Search Researcher who wants to focus on high-quality search work — without the pressure of business development?
Clarion Chase is a specialist international executive search firm operating across advanced technology markets in Europe, the US and APAC. We partner with innovative organisations to deliver senior, retained search assignments.
We are looking for a proven Delivery Consultant / Researcher to join our team and focus exclusively on identifying, engaging and managing senior candidates globally.
The Role
- Lead candidate identification and engagement across retained executive search mandates
- Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence in specialist sectors
- Headhunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates internationally
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the full search lifecycle
- Partner closely with Consultants who manage client relationships and winning work

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in executive search delivery, research, or a candidate-focused recruitment role
- Strong track record of identifying and engaging senior talent
- Confidence operating in retained, high-value search environments
- Excellent communication skills and credibility with senior stakeholders
- A detail-oriented, proactive and research-led approach
