Our client partners with ambitious businesses on their most critical leadership hires from Chairs and CEOs to CFOs and CHROs. With an international client base and a reputation for shaping digital and technology leadership teams, this is a role where you'll gain global exposure, build influential networks, and become an industry expert.
Top clients include: ASOS, Aviva, HSBC, Depop, Monzo, Sky, and GSK.
The Role - Digital Executive Search Consultant
As a Consultant, you'll act as a strategic advisor to boards and senior leadership teams. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of digital and tech markets while building relationships at the highest level. Your role will include:

- Becoming a recognised industry specialist in digital & tech leadership
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with global clients and candidates
- Researching and mapping key industry players, spotting market trends before they happen
- Attending and contributing to client meetings, helping shape hiring strategies
- Supporting the business development process through market insights and competitor analysis
- Managing candidate relationships and guiding them through the hiring journey

- £32,000 Base salary + discretionary bonus

- Recent graduate with strong academics
- Mature, driven, and commercially aware
