Executive Search Consultant: Investment Banking & Hedge Funds
3 Positions Available in a Boutique Search Firm: £33K Base + Bonuses

We're partnering exclusively with a boutique executive search firm looking to expand from 10 to 13 consultants. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that generates over £1 million in revenue per consultant annually. This is your chance to receive direct mentorship from directors with 50+ years of combined experience. You'll gain deep sector knowledge and become a trusted advisor to top-tier clients across the UK, Europe, and USA.

The Role: Executive Search Consultant
As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Investment Banking & Hedge Funds space. These are the key responsibilities:
- Industry Research: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy.
- Market Mapping: Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals.
- Client Communication: Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
What We are Looking For: Executive Search Consultant
- A 2:1 or above from a Top 50 University
- A passion for research and market intelligence
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Confident, personable, and great at building relationships
- Ambitious to become an industry expert

What You Will Get: Executive Search Consultant
- £33,000 base salary
- OTE £45,000+ in Year 1 (uncapped bonus structure)
