We are looking for an ambitious Executive Search Consultant to join our London team and work closely with our Partners on high-impact mandates within Investment Banking.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to move beyond transactional recruitment and into the world of retained executive search, senior-level talent, and strategic client relationships.
The Opportunity
You will work alongside experienced Partners, supporting searches across leading Investment Banks and Financial Institutions, with exposure to:
- Senior and C-Suite appointments
- Investment Banking & Capital Markets
- Front Office leadership
- International Financial Services
- Board and executive-level talent
- High-value retained search mandates

You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent while developing the commercial and relationship-building skills required to progress into a Relationship Manager / Client Partner position.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a recruiter with 3–6 years of experience, ideally within Executive Search, Investment Banking, or Financial Services.
You will be someone who:
- Has a strong track record of delivering complex searches
- Understands the importance of quality, discretion, and professionalism
- Can engage confidently with senior candidates and stakeholders
- Has a genuine interest in Investment Banking and Financial Markets
- Is commercially minded and motivated by long-term client relationships
- Wants to build a career within a high-performing international search firm
- Brings ambition, integrity, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
