The Company: Executive Search Consultant
Work for a leading global executive search firm partnering with top organisations across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The firm specialises in Investment Banking, Infrastructure & Energy, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds, offering broad exposure and diverse career pathways.
Over the first 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience across these sectors before specialising in their chosen area. Dedicated 1-to-1 training is provided by an experienced partner, equipping individuals with the skills needed to succeed in executive search. The culture is ambitious and collaborative, creating an environment where motivated graduates can develop and progress quickly.

The Package: Executive Search Consultant
- £36,000 base salary + £50,000 OTE (bonuses up to 50%)

The Role: Executive Search Consultant
- Market Research: Evaluate industry trends, target sectors, and competitor movements to deliver strategic insights for clients.
- Market Mapping: Perform in-depth research to map out identify key and organisations and personnel, and highlight relevant talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage databases, professional platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach to discover and engage high-calibre candidates.
- Client Reporting: Provide clients with comprehensive market maps, curated candidate profiles, and consistent updates on the progress of search assignments.

Who We Are Looking For: Executive Search Consultant
- 2:1 degree or above
- Strong commercial awareness (internships/work experience)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ambitious, driven, and proactive
