About the Company - Executive Search Consultant
Join a leading independent search firm that specialises in connecting senior leaders with outstanding opportunities across major public and private financial centres and markets globally.
The firm has had unmatched experience in providing hands-on execution to a small group of select clients, typically for CEO, CFO, board appointments and Go-To-Market leadership roles. Although the firm is new, they also have leading experience and deep sector specialism within the Software and Services space, operating across Software & AI, Professional, Technology and Business Services.
Through long-held relationships and an ever-expanding network, the firm has an impressive track record of securing talent and providing additional recruiting services to our valued clients.
The Role - Executive Search Consultant
As an executive search consultant, you will work closely with experienced partners to deliver senior-level search assignments across multiple industries.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor research
- Identifying and engaging exceptional executive talent
- Building long-term relationships with senior leaders and C-suite professionals
- Managing confidential search projects from briefing through to completion
- Producing market intelligence and candidate reports for clients
- Developing into a trusted advisor capable of influencing hiring decisions at board level
The base salary for the role will start at £33,000, and the OTE with bonuses in the first year can equate to £45,000
This is a consultative role where quality, insight and relationship-building are valued above volume!

The Ideal Candidate - Executive Search Consultant
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have a strong academic background, ideally with a degree from a reputable university
- Are naturally curious and enjoy researching markets and businesses
- Have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and executives
- Are resilient, commercially minded and highly organised
- Enjoy solving complex problems and thinking strategically
- Want to work in a long-term career in executive search rather than transactional recruitment
- Have previous recruitment, sales or professional services experience (beneficial but not essential, depending on level)
