Associate | Private Markets | Senior Retained Search | London | £40-60k Base | £70-100k OTE
I'm working with a 40+ head retained search firm with a 20-year track record, covering Director to Board level placements across financial markets and services.
Every client is retained. Average placement fee £160k. Around 28 paying clients, with the top 10 making up 70% of revenue, and many of those relationships running 10 to 15 years plus.
This role sits on the private markets desk, working directly with investors on senior mandates.
Coverage is global private markets and traditional asset management: real estate, private equity, private credit and infrastructure.

Clients range from the largest alternative platforms through to global traditional managers and boutique real asset players, across investments, product, origination, asset raising and investor relations. Every mandate is director, managing director or board level.
The desk splits 50% Europe, 35% Americas, 15% Middle East, so international travel comes with the job.
