Package: Up to £75,000 base + 30% annual bonus (£22.5k)

A global leadership advisory business headquartered in London. It works with boards, chairs, management teams, and investors across industrials, energy, technology, and digital transformation. Sector coverage includes Energy, Renewables and Clean Tech, Metals & Mining, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals, Agriculture, Commodities, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence, TMT, and Private Equity.
The role
A senior hire into a small (team of 7), high-performing research team, created as current team members progress into client-facing roles. You'll be one of the most experienced researchers in the team, taking on multiple concurrent mandates across very different geographies, functions, and subsectors. That could mean a C-suite search in Latin America, a technical specialist hire in Africa, and a board appointment in Europe, all at once.
