The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Conduct in-depth market research, identifying key candidates and tracking industry trends.
- Create market maps and develop insightful reports on executive talent.
- Analyse competitors and forecast market movements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and clients.
- Attend high-level client meetings and provide strategic updates.
- Become an industry expert by continuously learning and staying ahead of market trends.
- Play a key role in business development, helping to grow the firm’s presence globally.
