The Opportunity
As we enter the next stage of growth, we're looking for an ambitious Executive Search Principal who wants more than just another desk.
This is an opportunity to build your own market, establish your personal brand, influence the direction of the firm, and create a genuine pathway to Partnership.
What You'll Do
- Lead executive and senior-level search assignments across the insurance market.
- Build trusted relationships with senior industry leaders.
- Develop and own your specialist practice area.
- Generate new business and expand key client relationships.
- Deliver market intelligence, candidate assessment, and strategic talent advice.
- Represent Carrington Rowe across the industry.
