Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Search Recruiter specializing in Finance. The Executive Search Recruiter Finance will lead end-to-end hiring processes for senior and specialized finance positions, from role scoping and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer management.

- Developing search strategies
- Conducting market and talent research
- Building talent pipelines
- Engaging with finance professionals through various channels
- Consulting with internal stakeholders or client hiring managers on job requirements
- Advising on market insights and compensation
- Ensuring a structured, fair, and efficient recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation
- Tracking key metrics
- Contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices
Qualifications
- Strong Recruiting and Executive Search skills for senior and specialized finance roles
- Solid Consulting and Interviewing skills to advise stakeholders and assess talent effectively
- Robust Research skills to conduct market mapping, talent sourcing, and competitor analysis
- Demonstrated experience hiring finance professionals (e.g., CFOs, Controllers, FP&A, finance managers) is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines in a remote environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, professional networking tools, and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
