The Role – Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering senior-level search projects for globally recognised clients.
You’ll develop expertise in market intelligence, candidate engagement, and strategic research while building relationships with senior professionals and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and talent landscapes
- Deliver comprehensive market mapping projects, identifying key organisations, leadership structures, and talent pools
- Source and engage high-calibre candidates through networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach
- Produce high-quality client reports, including market insights, candidate shortlists, and search progress updates
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates across a variety of sectors
- Work closely with Partners and Consultants on retained executive search assignments
What’s On Offer – Executive Search Consultant
- £36,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonus (£6,000-£8,000 typically earned in Year 1)
- Private healthcare and dental cover
- Direct mentorship and training from Partners
- £500 annual personal development allowance for gym memberships, classes, subscriptions, and wellbeing
- Hybrid working – 2 days wfh
- Exposure to senior business leaders and top-tier global clients
- 28 days holiday plus a 2 week office closure over Christmas
- 6 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of service

What They’re Looking For – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a leading university
- Strong commercial experience through internships, placements, part-time work, or extracurricular achievements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly ambitious with a genuine desire to build a successful long-term career
- Naturally inquisitive, resilient, and motivated by working in a high-performing environment.
