Executive Search Senior Associate - Consumer
Base: £70,000
OTE: £120k+
Reporting to: London & Consumer Practice Lead
About the Role
Higher Group are delighted to be working with a Hunt Scanlon top 15 firm, currently looking for a Associate or Senior Associate to join their London office reporting directly to the London office & Consumer Practice lead, operating across the US, UK, EMEA & APAC.
Despite other firms opinions, this firm is massively oversaturated with live roles, having won 4 new £100k+ Searches this week! You'll be providing support (and being mentored by) a £3million originator, widely known as one of the strongest names in Europe within Consumer.

Required Experience
- 2 Years Executive Search Experience
- Exposure to Consumer Search is required but can come from a 'cross-sector' background which includes Consumer alongside Technology/FS etc
- High attention to detail and strong learning/retention skills
- Desire to grow and evolve into a collaborative team member
