Why London Business School?

London Business School; a global and vibrant business community based in three of the world’s most dynamic cities, London, Dubai and Riyadh. It’s where extraordinary minds and diverse perspectives connect, to have a profound impact on the way the world does business and the way business impacts the world. The Role

London Business School is looking for an organised, professional and proactive Executive Support Assistant to join the Dean’s Office.

You will help ensure that senior office activity runs smoothly, that information is handled accurately and professionally, and that stakeholders receive a responsive and reliable service.

Working in a busy and high-profile environment, you will need to be confident managing competing priorities, handling confidential information with discretion and building effective working relationships across the School.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative and executive support within the Dean’s Office.
  • Support diary coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up activity as required.
  • Help organise meetings, events, travel arrangements and associated logistics.
  • Prepare, format and maintain documents, correspondence, briefings and other materials.
  • Act as a helpful and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle information sensitively and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Support the smooth flow of information across the Dean’s Office and wider School.
  • Maintain accurate records, files and office processes.
  • Track actions, deadlines and priorities to help ensure work is completed on time.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across London Business School to deliver a responsive and high-quality service.
  • Support ad hoc projects and office activity as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
