Helping to deliver one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure and environmental programmes

Here within the @one Alliance we are a totally collaborative organisation made up of our eight partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO) and our extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.

Now working in the most exciting and challenging Asset Management Period yet, known as AMP8, this will see us deliver a programme of work larger than we’ve ever delivered before.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Executive Support Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional support to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is more than a traditional executive support role. It's an opportunity to work at the heart of a collaborative alliance, helping senior leaders deliver programmes that protect the environment, enable sustainable growth and improve the region for generations to come.

What you'll be doing

As Executive Support Coordinator, you'll be a trusted partner to our Executive Leadership Team, ensuring their time, priorities and communications are managed effectively. You'll play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, driving engagement across the Alliance and helping leadership teams operate at their best.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries, calendars and meeting schedules for senior leaders
  • Preparing presentations, reports, briefing packs and governance documentation
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, workshops, away days and stakeholder events
  • Capturing actions, producing meeting notes and ensuring accountability for follow-up activities
  • Supporting internal communications and engagement initiatives across the Alliance
  • Maintaining confidential leadership information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and event arrangements
  • Supporting governance processes and senior leadership forums
  • Updating SharePoint, intranet content and distribution lists
  • Working closely with colleagues across the Alliance to ensure a seamless support service
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and introduce smarter ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
