About the team
Our Business Support teams play a critical role in enabling the firm to operate effectively. They provide high-quality support to colleagues and stakeholders across the business, helping to drive efficiency, collaboration and a consistently excellent experience.
As part of this team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the firm, contributing to the success of our people and our business.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Support Senior to provide professional, high-quality support to members of the Executive Board. This is a key role within our Business Support function, requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Alongside supporting Executive Board members, you will provide day-to-day supervision of an Executive Support Assistant and play an active role in driving continuous improvement across the Executive Support team. This is a predominantly office-based position and will require travel to Forvis Mazars offices across the UK as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality executive support to members of the Executive Board.
- Manage complex diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
- Support virtual meetings, including the effective use of Microsoft Teams and other technology solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve diary conflicts while anticipating future priorities.
- Provide inbox management support during periods of absence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa applications.
- Process expenses and respond to ad-hoc support requests.
- Build trusted relationships with Executive Board members and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service and responsiveness at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Support Manager, Business Support Hub Manager and wider Executive Support team to drive efficiencies and improve processes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovative ways of working.
- Support the development and performance management of an Executive Support Assistant.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives across the Executive Support team.
- Monitor and report on team KPIs, helping to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Support, Executive Assistant or Senior Business Support position, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Experience supervising or managing team members.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce concise and accurate meeting notes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing competing priorities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
