Executive Talent Partner | Established Care Provider | Home Based | £50,000–£55,000 Base + 10% Bonus
Are you an experienced senior recruitment professional with strong knowledge of the care home sector and a proven track record recruiting operational leadership?
We're partnering with an established care provider to appoint an Executive Talent Partner.
This is a senior, relationship-led recruitment position focused exclusively on Home Managers, Regional Support Managers, Regional Directors, and Divisional / Operational Leadership appointments.
The Opportunity
You'll take dedicated ownership of senior operational recruitment across your portfolio, managing the full recruitment process while building proactive talent pipelines across the care home sector. The role will combine executive search, market mapping, candidate engagement, market analysis, and senior stakeholder relationship management.
You'll be expected to know the market, understand where the talent is, build relationships with senior candidates, and provide meaningful insight to stakeholders, rather than simply recruiting against vacancies as they arise.
This is also an opportunity to help shape and transform the organisation's approach to senior operational recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own recruitment across Home Manager, Regional Support Manager, Regional Director, and Divisional Operational Leadership appointments.
- Lead the full end-to-end recruitment process from initial brief through to appointment.
- Conduct proactive search and targeted market mapping across the care home sector.
- Build and maintain strong senior operational talent pipelines.
- Develop detailed knowledge of candidate movements, availability, motivations, and market trends.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Engage and build long-term relationships with senior-level candidates.
- Provide market analysis and insight around talent availability, salaries, and competitor activity.
- Use LinkedIn and other sourcing channels effectively to identify and engage senior talent.
- Represent the organisation professionally throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure candidates receive a high-quality experience from initial approach through to appointment.
- Identify opportunities to improve and transform the organisation's approach to senior operational recruitment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
