For 30 years, IWF has been assessing, categorising and seeking the removal of child sexual abuse imagery online. As online abuse has grown, so have we, and our strategy now sets out our path to becoming a true global organisation. Our Executive Team is leading that next chapter, shaping international policy and driving innovation with the tech sector, and they need someone exceptional to help keep it all running smoothly.
As our Executive Team and Project Coordination Officer, you'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with our Head of Legal and Governance. You'll be the organisational backbone of our senior leadership team, managing complex diaries, coordinating Board and committee business and supporting the strategic projects that drive our mission forward.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the CEO's diary, meetings and correspondence
- Organising and servicing Board, committee and strategy meetings, including preparing papers and taking accurate minutes
- Tracking actions to completion and helping monitor progress against strategic objectives
- Supporting governance processes, trustee records, inductions and engagement
- Drafting correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leaders
- Coordinating travel, events and logistics, and supporting high-profile organisational events and projects
- Supporting the wider Executive Team
Who we're looking for
You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or senior administrator who's comfortable working at Executive and Board level. You'll bring excellent minute-taking and governance administration skills, outstanding organisation and the judgement and discretion to handle sensitive information with care. You'll be proactive, calm under pressure and confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and trustees. You'll also be proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced in using approved AI tools effectively in your work.

Charity sector experience or knowledge of trustee governance would be helpful, but we welcome applicants from corporate, public sector and commercial backgrounds too.
You will not be required to view criminal images. All applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checks prior to confirmation of employment.
Salary details: A GBP 40,000.00 per annum + benefits which include generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, life assurance, private health care, cycle to work scheme. We also have on-site parking.
Hours: Full time: 35 hours per week. The role is based in the Science Park on the outskirts of Cambridge, offering hybrid working with 2:3 days per week in the office and as needed. We are a family-friendly employer and take a flexible approach around personal commitments when agreeing work patterns.
