Role Description
The Executive Trainee role is a full-time hybrid position designed for individuals seeking broad exposure to family office and investment operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting investment research and analysis across the firm’s core pillars, assisting with transaction structuring and documentation, and preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. The Executive Trainee will help coordinate projects across functions such as finance, operations, and portfolio management, ensuring timely follow-up and organized documentation. The role also involves monitoring market developments, compiling data and insights, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and gradually take ownership of defined workstreams.

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to interpret financial, market, and industry data.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated interest in investments, alternative assets, or family office environments; prior internship or project experience in finance, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final stages) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a dynamic, global organization.
