About The Role
Exeter Marine Project Co-ordinator
INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
This full time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis for 24 months.
The starting salary will be from £33,951 on Grade E, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
The primary role of this post is to provide administrative support to the Exeter Marine Research Network, working within a wider team to deliver seamless support to staff, industry partners, policy makers and conservation organisations across a wide range of general administrative areas.
Summary Of The Role
More specifically, this role will involve:
- Provide high-quality administrative support across Exeter Marine activities.
- Maintain and manage email distribution lists and communication records.
- Support the monitoring of budgets and expenditure, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Assist with the co-ordination of workflows and tracking of key actions to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Respond to queries from external and internal stakeholders
