We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Exhibition Manager to lead the planning, delivery and ongoing development of our exhibitions and gallery spaces. Working closely with the Director of Curation & Learning, you will manage everything from major temporary exhibitions and permanent gallery updates to budgets, loans, installations and exhibition technology.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled project manager who thrives on turning creative ideas into exceptional visitor experiences. You'll coordinate multiple projects, work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and play a key role in ensuring our exhibitions are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the delivery of exhibitions and gallery installations from concept to completion
- Creating and overseeing project plans, schedules and budgets
- Coordinating object loans, exhibition content and interpretation materials
- Managing exhibition technology, maintenance contractors and support services
- Working with colleagues, volunteers and external partners to create engaging visitor experiences
- Supporting the installation and movement of collection objects and exhibition displays

What we're looking for:
- Proven project management experience, ideally within museums, galleries, exhibitions or visitor attractions
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong budget management and stakeholder engagement experience
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Passion for creating memorable and high-quality exhibitions
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
