About the Role
A newly created role with a clear brief: go and win half a million of new business in your first six months, then turn what you have won into long-term key accounts.
The Company
Our client is a well-established exhibition design and build company based in Luton, creating immersive stand and event experiences for brands across the UK and internationally. They are a small, close-knit team that genuinely cares about creative quality and workmanship, and they are growing.
The Role
This role is deliberately designed to evolve. For the first six months you are a hunter, building a prospect pipeline from scratch and chasing a £500,000 new business target. From month six onwards, the balance shifts and you progressively take ownership of agreed key accounts, growing them through cross-selling, upselling and widening your stakeholder map.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
