About us
We are an international sports for development charity that brings boxing to young people in underserved communities globally, cultivating a culture of resilience, discipline, and love, while delivering long-term educational programmes in nutrition, sports science, and social sciences. Our mission is to use boxing to transform lives through building stronger bodies, minds, and imaginations. Through our creative storytelling campaigns, we amplify grassroots voices and make topics about boxing and society open to the public, engaging the sport in wider conversations across society.
About the role
Boxing is Love is seeking a volunteer Exhibition Producer to lead the planning and on-the-ground delivery of our exhibition at the Palace of Westminster, "Lessons for Britain from a Boxing Gym," running 20–27 November. This is a high-profile opportunity to present our work to Members of both Houses of Parliament and requires someone who can manage both the practical logistics and the visual presentation of the exhibition to a professional standard, within the formal constraints of a historic parliamentary building.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

About the exhibition
"Lessons for Britain from a Boxing Gym" features portraits and first-hand stories from young boxers and Head Coach Chris Lodge at London Community Boxing, a community-focused gym in South London, captured by London-based photographer Gray Lee Brame. Through their words, the exhibition explores what it means to build a culture of effort and belonging, and asks what Britain's institutions might learn from it. By bringing these stories to the Palace of Westminster, we're inviting Members of both Houses and the public to see what that culture could mean for the country beyond the gym's four walls.
Responsibilities
- Attend planning meetings ahead of the exhibition to agree layout, materials, and schedule
- Design the exhibition layout for the Upper Waiting Hall within the House of Commons' space and access constraints
- Coordinate with the Boxing is Love team on logistics
- Oversee installation on 20 November and de-installation on 27 November
- Support the opening ceremony on 23 November, including coordinating the sponsoring MP's attendance
