Exhibition Project Manager – Exhibition Stand & Build

We’re working with an established, independent exhibition stand design and build company that creates and delivers modular and custom exhibition stands for clients across the UK and internationally.

They manage the full process in-house and through their trusted supplier network – from design and production through to logistics, installation and onsite delivery. They’re now looking for an Exhibition Project Manager with hands-on experience working within the exhibition stand and build industry to join their growing team.

This is very much a stand delivery role, so previous experience managing the production and delivery of physical exhibition stands is key. You’ll take projects from design sign-off through production, build and installation, acting as the link between the client, design team, production partners, suppliers and onsite teams.

The Role

You’ll have ownership of multiple exhibition stand projects at any one time, ensuring they’re delivered smoothly, commercially and to a high standard.

  • Manage exhibition stand projects from design sign-off through to build, installation and post-show debrief
  • Deliver modular/T3 exhibition stands alongside simple custom-build stands
  • Coordinate the physical production and build process with designers, production teams, contractors and suppliers
  • Prepare project costings and take ownership of budgets, margins and P&L
  • Manage third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met
  • Act as the main client contact throughout delivery, confidently leading meetings and managing expectations
  • Interpret artwork briefs and coordinate requirements between clients and designers
  • Manage venue regulations, RAMS, health & safety and exhibition compliance
  • Travel across the UK and internationally to oversee stand installations and ensure smooth onsite delivery
  • Troubleshoot production and onsite challenges, making confident decisions to keep projects moving
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
