Exhibitions Project Manager
£35,000-£40,000 | Central London | Hybrid
We're working with a really cool, independent exhibition design agency in London who are looking for an Exhibitions Project Manager to join their close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking projects from the initial design stages right through to delivery, working closely with designers, suppliers, clients and production partners to make sure everything comes together properly.
They're a small, experienced team, so you'll have plenty of ownership and won't be lost in a huge corporate structure. You'll be involved in a real mix of projects, with plenty of variety and the chance to work across both the creative and practical sides of exhibition delivery.
The role
You'll be responsible for managing exhibition projects from pre-production through to build and onsite delivery. Day to day, this could include:
- Managing exhibition projects from initial design through to completion
- Working closely with the internal design team to turn creative concepts into deliverable projects
- Managing suppliers, contractors and production partners
- Sourcing and coordinating materials, graphics, furniture and other project requirements
- Managing production schedules, budgets and logistics
- Reviewing technical drawings and production information
- Coordinating deliveries and installation
- Being involved onsite during build and breakdown when required
- Troubleshooting issues and keeping projects moving when things inevitably change
- Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience with modular exhibition stand builds would be a big bonus, particularly if you've worked with modular systems, reusable structures or similar exhibition solutions.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is practical, switched-on and personable. Someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, gets things done and doesn't need everything handed to them.
