Exhibition Sales Executive (Temporary, Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: £19.23 per hour
Contract: Temporary Assignment
Hours: Full Time
We are recruiting for a Temporary Exhibition Sales Executive to support a well-established professional membership organisation within a specialist industry sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially driven individual to join a collaborative team and generate revenue across a portfolio of industry-leading events and publications.
The Role
As an Exhibition Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of:
- Exhibition stand space
- Outdoor and land display areas
- Selling magazine adverts
- Supplier and directory listings
- Sponsorship and promotional packages
- Additional event-related commercial opportunities
You will engage with both existing and prospective exhibitors, advertisers, and suppliers, developing strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell exhibition, advertising, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on enquiries.
- Negotiate packages and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity information.
- Work closely with marketing and event teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in exhibition, media, advertising, sponsorship, or B2B sales.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence working independently in a remote environment.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
