The Role
We are a specialist B2B events business covering governance, risk, compliance, privacy and AI, and a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the world's top five event companies. That means the agility, pace and direct access of a focused, entrepreneurial team, backed by the scale and stability of a global parent group.
Sell exhibition stands, sponsorship across a governance, risk, compliance, privacy and AI governance event portfolio — a flagship expo, plus executive forums, awards, conferences and digital products. This is a proactive, phone-forward role, not an inbound order-taking one and you will be expected to generate your pipeline through outbound calling, email, & LinkedIn.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' commercial B2B sales experience with a personal revenue target you consistently hit. Exhibition, sponsorship, media, conference or B2B subscription sales is ideal; strong transferable B2B sales experience will be considered.
- Excellent written English — clear, specific proposals and follow-ups without waffle.

Compensation & Benefits

Target Compensation: £40,000 base salary with genuinely uncapped commission — OTE £60,000–£65,000 on target, with no ceiling on over-performance
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
