Job Title: Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales Executive

Location: London

Salary: £35-40k base + 25% OTE (uncapped)

Office Based - 4 days per week - 1 day at wfh

Are you a driven, self-starting and entrepreneurial salesperson who wants their ambition and success to translate directly into earnings, while working on events that genuinely matter? If so, we want to speak with you!

About Our Client

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing event organiser operating in a purpose-driven, forward-thinking sector. They run several major events each year, including a well-established flagship event alongside a newly launched show. It's a small, ambitious team — and this is a genuine opportunity to be part of their next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an Exhibition Sales Executive to join their sales team and drive new business for their flagship event. This is a true "hunter" role — you'll be generating leads and closing new business, through your own outbound efforts. You'll work across a blend of exhibition sales and sponsorship sales, giving you variety and the chance to build real commercial skill across both.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
