Job Description

The Exhibitor Sales Manager, UK & Ireland will drive the growth of Fandango's cinema technology solutions across the UK and Ireland markets, selling a suite of SaaS products designed specifically for cinema and entertainment operators, including Ticketing, Point of Sale (POS), Website Solutions, CRM, and Customer Engagement Platforms.

This is a highly motivated, self-starting, consultative sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with cinema operators and leisure businesses across the UK and Ireland. The role is central to bringing Fandango's entertainment brands, Indy Cinema, Fandango, and Rotten Tomatoes, together into a holistic, data-driven solution for exhibitors.

Working closely with implementation, customer success, and product teams, this role will help identify, develop, and close opportunities while serving as a brand ambassador for Fandango within the UK and Ireland exhibition community.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive Fandango's cinema operation solutions to grow market share across the region.
  • Contribute to delivery of the regional acquisition strategy, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and pain points, translating these into compelling, persuasive product demonstrations.
  • Build advanced product and competitor knowledge to position Fandango as the preferred technology partner through a structured, end-to-end sales process.
  • Leverage CRM data, insights, and tools to prioritize opportunities and optimize sales strategy.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating accountability, resilience, and a high-performance mindset.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, including accurate Salesforce updates, territory planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring commitments are met and enabling a smooth transition to account management for long-term retention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
