Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition across the assigned region, delivering against Roiback’s financial sales objectives through the execution of strategic commercial plans. The position also focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention, growth, and overall business expansion within the territory.

Responsibilities
- Achieve regional new business revenue targets aligned with company financial objectives
- Develop and execute strategic commercial action plans to drive market growth
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the assigned territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth within the current portfolio
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client success

Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience managing regional or territory-based sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute commercial plans effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the hospitality or travel tech industry (preferred, if relevant)
