A leading professional services firm is looking to appoint a Senior Manager to join its growing Global Mobility Tax Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced expatriate tax professional to work with a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, managing complex mobility matters while helping to drive business growth. The role can be based in either Manchester or Birmingham.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional levels of service.
  • Lead the delivery of complex global mobility and expatriate tax advisory projects.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of client engagements, with a strong focus on advisory work.
  • Collaborate across service lines and international teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities from existing clients and contribute to winning new mandates.
  • Mentor, coach and develop junior team members, providing leadership and technical guidance.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support the strategic growth and development of the mobility practice.

You will be an experienced global mobility tax professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality client service and leading advisory engagements. A commercial mindset with a client-first approach and significant experience in expatriate tax and global mobility advisory will be essential.
