Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Expense/Purchase Ledger Clerk located in Bedford. The Expense/Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for managing company-wide expenses & purchase ledgers for Key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Purchase Ledgers Invoice processing & statement reconciliations
  • Expense processing, ensuring VAT and coding is correct & payment runs
  • Knowledge of financial accounting processes and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in accounting software Coins (preferred) and Microsoft Excel
