Belong are an innovative not for profit provider of person centred care for older people; specialising in dementia care. As we enter a period of growth and expansion there has never been a better time to join us!

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative and engaging Experience Coordinator to join our team in Macclesfield. As our Experience Coordinator you will provide and promote a wide range of occupational, therapeutic, social and cultural activities in the village that meet the needs of our customers; ensuring that both household customers and our day visitors are engaged in a level of meaningful activity that will enable them to lead an enriched and fulfilled life.

As the Experience Coordinator you will use your knowledge and skills to provide diverse, interesting and fun activities; sharing innovation, excellence and joy in activity with existing staff members and volunteers to ensure our customers live their best life's.

This is a fantastic role for someone who really cares about health and wellbeing in the peoples later years. You will be experienced in a similar role and have the ability to plan and schedule activities. You will lead a team to implement events that suit the needs of the individual customer in group and 1-2-1 sessions. You should also be confident in your ability to engage and develop relationships with local community groups and organisations. This role is full time working and you will need to be flexible in your approach to cover evenings and weekends.
