Summary of the role
As the Experience Director at Havas Lynx, you are the bridge between ambitious strategy and ground-breaking reality. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will co-lead the experiential team alongside a Client Engagement Lead, and will be responsible for making the work happen at the highest level, ensuring our experiential and congress offering is the most innovative in the healthcare sector. You will be a driving force in developing our offering where we fearlessly change how healthcare feels and develop brand experiences that ripple. You are a master of orchestration, capable of identifying and pulling together the right internal and external talent to execute complex visions. While you are grounded in the practicalities of production, you possess a restless creative eye and a passion for pushing boundaries. You don't just deliver what is asked; you proactively suggest outside-the-box solutions that elevate the brand experience and sell the vision to our clients.

What you can expect to be doing
- Identify and manage a high-performance network of external partners, including architects, creative technologists, and digital artists, to deliver best-in-class executions
- Challenge internal teams and external partners to move beyond traditional booth and brand experience thinking, integrating outside-in inspiration from other industries into healthcare
- Partner with the Client Engagement Director to translate brand strategy into tangible, immersive experiences that deliver on client objectives and act as the final guardian of the experience
- Lead the technical-creative narrative in client meetings, building trust through a blend of innovative ideas and delivery confidence while acting as the agency's go-to expert for experiential innovation
- Ensure that ambitious creative ideas are delivered within budget and to a high standard, overseeing complex cost proposals for large-scale builds
- Establish the workflows and standards required for a world-class experiential unit, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the unit grows
- Foster a high-energy, one-team atmosphere between Client Services, Creative, and Production departments
- Proactively seek out and share trends in technology, design, and engagement from outside the healthcare industry to keep the offering at the cutting edge and inspire continuous learning
