Job Title: Experience and Events London Lead

Location: City of London

Our client, a prominent organisation within the Hospitality sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the pivotal role of Experience and Events London Lead. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the delivery of outstanding workplace experiences and events at their London headquarters, contributing to an engaging and vibrant atmosphere for colleagues and visitors alike.

About The Role

In this highly visible position, the Experience and Events London Lead will report directly to the WE&O London Lead and be responsible for the daily execution and continuous enhancement of workplace experiences and events across the London portfolio. This role is essential in ensuring a "one team" service that consistently exceeds expectations for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Experience Leadership:

  • Develop and implement modern workplace programmes that provide a best-in-class experience for employees and guests.
  • Establish and uphold service standards that enhance front-of-house and event interactions.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workplace Experience and Events, driving ongoing process improvements.

Events Leadership And Delivery

  • Oversee the complete delivery of events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Act as the primary contact for client events, managing event briefs and logistics efficiently.
  • Coordinate pre-event meetings to clarify objectives, operational needs, and risk factors.

  • Maintain up-to-date operational manuals and event-related documentation.
  • Conduct post-event feedback collection and audits to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Deliver regular management reports, including event statistics and trend analysis.

Technology And Innovation

  • Champion innovation in experience and events delivery through technology and improved operational routines.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance booking journeys and communications.

Sustainability And Responsible Delivery

  • Integrate sustainable practises into event planning and workplace experience delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners to support sustainability goals across operations and events.

Skills And Capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with an aptitude for managing multiple projects.
  • A collaborative mindset, fostering a "one team" culture.
  • Data-literate with robust analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook; comfortable with event management systems.

Experience Required

  • Significant experience in workplace experience, events, or facilities management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver complex events in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and the development of motivated teams.
  • Data analysis experience in a business context.
