What We Do

At Heat Geek, we are tackling one of the UK’s biggest carbon contributors: home heating. 20% of all UK carbon emissions stems from home heating – and that contribution is even bigger on a global scale. At Heat Geek, we are changing that. By simplifying a traditionally complex industry and revolutionising the technology used by installers, we’re making low-carbon heating mainstream. We have already prevented 2,500,000+ kg of carbon from entering our atmosphere, and we won’t stop there!

Join Us!

People are at the core of who we are and what we do. From decreasing homeowners’ energy bills to help with the cost of living, to empowering talented heating engineers to perform outstanding installations, to ensuring a greener world for all of us, we believe in the power of what we can all do together. – And we need passionate, talented, hard working people to be a part of this journey.

Your Mission

Our Heat Geek team is excited to bring an Experience Manager into the fold — a brand new role that reflects how seriously we take the people and communities at the heart of what we do.

Heat Geek isn't just about great technology. It's about the humans who build it, install it, and champion it. As our Experience Manager, you'll be the person who makes being part of Heat Geek — whether as an employee, an installer, or a partner — genuinely feel like something special. You'll shape the culture of our office, orchestrate events that people talk about for months, and bring the same obsessive attention to detail to a monthly team social as you would to a flagship installer gathering.

As we expand internationally, this role will grow with us. You'll increasingly bring that same quality of experience to new markets and new communities as Heat Geek takes its mission beyond the UK.

This is a rare role: part events producer, part culture curator, part logistics wizard. It requires someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, who sweats the small stuff because they know that's what makes the big stuff land, and who takes genuine pride in creating environments and experiences that leave people feeling energised and valued.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Source and manage suppliers, perks, and day-to-day touches that elevate the everyday experience of working at Heat Geek.

Employee Events

  • Plan and run a monthly team social, our annual Christmas celebration, and periodic away days.
  • Brief and manage external agencies on larger events, holding them to a high standard and ensuring everything is on-brand and on-budget.

Installer & Partner Experiences

  • Design and deliver 6-10 installer events per year, a mix of in-office gatherings and external venues, that strengthen our relationships with the engineers who make Heat Geek's mission possible.
  • Own the full event lifecycle: concept, logistics, on-the-day execution, and follow-up.

Executive & Travel Support

  • Provide travel and logistics support to the C-level team, handling the details so they can focus on the bigger picture.
  • As we grow into new markets, support the coordination of international travel and logistics for the leadership team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in events management, hospitality, concierge services, or executive support, or a combination of these
  • Obsessively detail-oriented: you notice the things other people miss, and you care about them because you know they're what separates a good experience from an unforgettable one
  • Highly action-oriented: you take ownership immediately, work well with minimal direction, and have a strong instinct for what needs to happen next
  • Calm and competent under pressure, because events don't always go to plan and you're the kind of person who quietly figures it out
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable working with everyone from team members to external vendors to senior leadership
