Summary:

Responsible for supporting the delivery of premium guest experiences at SailGP events across the Americas region by executing strategic and operational plans. Works closely with Experience Operations Lead to execute all VIP and premium spaces, including the Adrenaline Lounge and Waterfront Premium. Coordinates with Infrastructure and Operations teams to ensure design and delivery meet all requirements and serves as the onsite support during event build and live days.

This is a contractor position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Experience Team in successfully implementing and executing all short, medium and long-term strategic visions for guest journeys and spaces at SailGP events in the Americas region.
  • In collaboration with the Head of Experience and Experience Operations Lead, deliver operational plans in line with strategic concepts for all VIP guest groups including all guest touch points and the Adrenaline Lounge.
  • Work with the Premium Experience Lead to deliver operational plans in line with strategic concepts for our premium guest groups including the Waterfront Premium product.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure Manager on design of all premium spaces to ensure all operational needs are considered and met.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all operational planning is shared and communicated with the wider SailGP Operations team.
  • Serve as on-site operational support for premium spaces during event build and live days at Americas events.

About You:

  • Experience in live event operations, preferably in VIP or premium guest services
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to deliver complex plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams
  • Proven ability to lead onsite operations during event build and live execution
  • Understanding of event infrastructure and space planning
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Comfortable working in fast paced, high pressure environments
  • Familiarity with guest journey mapping and hospitality best practices is a plus

Location:

SailGP Office in London. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office.

This role will have some event travel.
