Are you a passionate and experienced Optical Dispenser looking for a new challenge in a truly independent, high-end environment?
At Peter Smith Opticians in Pershore, we pride ourselves on offering an unparalleled, bespoke service to our patients. We are a busy, highly professional practice committed to clinical excellence and luxury eyewear, and we are looking for a talented dispenser to join our close-knit team.
What you will be doing:
- Precision Dispensing: Providing tailored optical solutions using advanced technology, including bespoke Visioffice measurements for Essilor lenses.
- Curating Style: Guiding patients through our exclusive, hand-picked range of boutique and independent frame manufacturers—unique pieces they will not find at the big multiples.
- Delivering Excellence: Ensuring a high-end, personalised patient journey from the moment they step through the door to the final fitting.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our dedicated team of optical professionals to maintain the smooth running of our busy practice.

Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience as an Optical Dispenser with a keen eye for style and meticulous attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for luxury eyewear and independent brands.
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver world-class customer service.
- Someone who thrives in a clinical environment equipped with cutting-edge technology (including Optos, OCT, dry eye treatments, and dry ARMD treatment).
