English Teacher – Indonesia | Entry Level | TEFL Training & Visa Sponsorship

Teach English in Indonesia with full training, professional support and an international career experience. No previous teaching experience required.

About the Role

English 1 is looking for English Teachers to join our international teaching community in Indonesia. This opportunity is ideal for graduates, recent graduates, career changers, TEFL candidates and entry-level professionals who want to gain international work experience while making a positive difference in children's lives.

You don't need previous teaching experience or Bahasa Indonesia. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

No Teaching Experience? No Problem.

We're looking for people who are enthusiastic about teaching, learning and working with children and young people.

You don't need to be an experienced teacher to apply. We provide the training, resources and support you need to get started. Teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, childcare, education, training or other experience working with children or learners is welcome, but previous teaching experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Teach English to children and teenagers aged 3–18
  • Deliver engaging English lessons using English 1's multimedia curriculum
  • Create positive and supportive learning experiences
  • Encourage students to develop their English communication skills
  • Use creative activities and interactive learning techniques
  • Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Take part in school, social and cultural activities
  • Develop your teaching and professional skills through training and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Valid passport
  • ESL/TEFL certification, with sponsorship available through English 1
  • Commitment to a one-year international experience
  • No previous teaching experience required. No Bahasa Indonesia required.
