What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in UX/UI design and a strong user-centred approach. Skills in wire framing, visual design and accessibility are important. The ideal volunteer will be creative, detail-focused and able to work collaboratively. Experience with digital tools and the voluntary sector is desirable but not essential.

What will you be doing?

The Volunteer UX/UI Designer will improve the usability and visual design of GSI’s digital platforms. Tasks include:

  • Reviewing user journeys
  • Creating wireframes and design concepts
  • Collaborating with developers and content teams to enhance accessibility and user experience

The role requires around 6 hours per week for approximately six months and is fully remote.
