Role Description
This is a temporary position open to part-time or full-time hours, on-site Experienced Accounts Assistant role based in our Paisley office. The Experienced Accounts Assistant will be comfortable in preparation of financial statements and familiar with relevant accounting standards and tax legislation. Regular communication with clients and colleagues will be required to resolve queries and produce accurate financial information.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills. Experience in accounts preparation within accountancy practice is essential.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Relevant experience in finance role, ideally within an accountancy or professional services environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work to deadlines.
- Competence in using accounting software and standard office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant accounting or finance certification or progress toward a professional accounting qualification.
