Are you ready to take the wheel of a dynamic and customer-focused aftersales department? We’re looking for a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the charge in our busy dealership.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the efficient, profitable operation of our Service and Parts departments
- Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction while driving sales and profitability
- Manage resources effectively to meet performance and financial goals
- Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
- Lead our Volvo parts operations across the dealership territory
- Implement company and manufacturer procedures in collaboration with the Aftersales Manager
- Promote and sell genuine Manufacturer parts to both Trade and Retail customers

- A strong leader with experience in service and parts operations
- A customer-focused mindset with a professional and polite approach
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage departmental profitability
- Experience with Volvo parts is a plus, but not essential
