Experienced Architectural Technologist
Location: Preston
Salary: GBP 40,45,000
A well-regarded, multi-disciplinary design and construction consultancy is looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team in Preston. The firm has built a solid track record delivering high-calibre projects nationwide, spanning sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, residential, sports and leisure, and heritage.

Key Responsibilities Of The Architectural Technologist
- Producing technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Compiling detailed construction documentation
- Progressing designs across all project stages
- Preparing information for planning submissions and Building Regulations
- Liaising with clients and consultant teams
- Assisting with BIM coordination throughout project delivery
- Taking part in meetings and site visits
- Troubleshooting technical and construction-related challenges

What's Required Of The Architectural Technologist
- Previous experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
- Background working within the UK construction sector
- A qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity working in a BIM environment
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
- CIAT accreditation, or actively working towards it
