Role Description
This is a full-time, role located in Greater Manchester for a Architectural Technologist. You will manage and oversee Technical Packages ensuring adherence to specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing architectural drawings.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations.
- Advising project teams through design and construction.
The role requires attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and effective team collaboration.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong technical skills in building construction, design detailing, and preparation of technical drawings.
- Experience in project management, team coordination, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning procedures, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Membership in CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) or eligibility to apply is advantageous.
- Experience working on complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects would be beneficial.
