Experienced Beauty Therapist → Aesthetician
Full-Time | Bristol | Westbury Park (BS6 7SD) or Emersons Green (BS16 7AE)
£14.00–£18.00 per hour + career progression + fully paid advanced training

Beautology is looking for experienced, qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapists who we can develop into highly skilled Aestheticians at our two Bristol clinics.
You don't need to already be trained in every advanced treatment we offer.
That's what our advanced training programme is for.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this position, you MUST have:
- VTCT or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or a recognised equivalent qualification (Level 3 in spa, massage or complimentary therapies is NOT sufficient as for insurance purposes an individual must have training in 'face and body electrics', which is in Level 3 of Beauty Therapy.)
- A minimum of 6 months' professional experience working in a full-time Beauty Therapist or Aesthetician position within a salon, spa or clinic environment
Level 4 Beauty Therapy, Laser or IPL qualifications are a bonus, but aren't essential.
Please note: A Level 3 qualification in Beauty/Body Massage alone does NOT meet the qualification requirement for this role due to our insurance requirements.

Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone who already understands what it means to work professionally with clients but wants considerably more from their career.
Essential:
- VTCT/NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or recognised equivalent
- Minimum 6 months' full-time professional experience as a Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician
- Experience gained within a professional salon, spa or clinic
- Experience delivering treatments to paying clients
- Strong client care and customer service skills
- Professional consultation and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable – but NOT essential:
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy
- Laser/IPL qualifications
- Advanced facial experience
- Chemical peel experience
- Microneedling experience
- Experience within an aesthetic or skin clinic
You don't need to arrive knowing everything.
We're looking for someone with strong Beauty Therapy foundations, professional client experience and the ambition to learn.
