Experienced C++ Developer | London
We're looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join the team at Boerboel Trading in London.
At Boerboel, we develop systematic trading strategies across global markets using rigorous quantitative research and cutting-edge technology. Our engineers work alongside quantitative researchers and traders to build the low-latency infrastructure that powers our trading.
What you'll be working on:
- Developing and optimising our core C++ trading engine.
- Building high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
- Collaborating with quantitative researchers on research, backtesting and live trading tools.
- Designing software that makes the most of modern hardware, networking and server architecture.

We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of modern C++ development experience.
- A strong background in low-latency or high-performance systems.
- Excellent Linux and networking knowledge.
- Experience with multithreading, lock-free programming and performance optimisation.
- Exposure to market data, exchange connectivity or electronic trading is advantageous.
