Inspired Worx is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Partitioner to join our growing team.
We are a Bristol-based partitioning and carpentry company delivering high-quality projects across Bristol and the South West. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking individual to become a key part of our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for consistent, long-term work with a professional and ambitious company.
The Role
You will be working on a variety of commercial office fit-out projects and will be expected to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Your work will include:
- Setting out and constructing metal stud and plasterboard partitions
- Boarding and completing partitioning works to a high standard
- Installing door frames, doors, and ironmongery
- First and second fix carpentry
- Skirting, architraves, and finishing works
- Reading and working from drawings
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working area
- Working to programme deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter and/or Partitioner
- Strong experience with metal stud and plasterboard systems
- Experience within commercial fit-out or construction
- Confidence working from drawings and setting out works
- Good all-round first and second fix carpentry skills
- A valid CSCS card
- Own tools
- A full driving licence and transport preferred
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of their work
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
